What MiClaroFinanzas does

We organize the transactions you import. We do not access your bank, request bank credentials, or move money. This policy describes the version using your own MiClaroFinanzas account.

Information we process

Your first name, last name, and email identify your account. Supabase manages your password and session. We do not request a phone number during registration or send email or SMS verification codes. When you confirm an import, we store dates, descriptions, amounts, categories, account aliases, rules, and file metadata. Use an alias, not an account number, and avoid unnecessary personal information.

Files and reports

The original PDF or CSV is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to the server. Only the transactions you confirm and the metadata needed to organize your history are sent. PDF and CSV reports are generated in your browser. You choose where to save or share them.

Why we use information

To create and protect your account, retrieve your history, classify transactions, generate reports, manage subscriptions, respond to requests, and prevent abuse. We record the accepted terms version, date, user identifier, and subscription renewal consent. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it.

Providers and access

Supabase processes authentication. Sites/OpenAI and its Cloudflare infrastructure host the application and its records. Stripe processes payments and keeps the payment information it requires; the application does not receive full card numbers. Google or Apple participate only if you choose an enabled sign-in option. Previous ChatGPT sign-in may remain for existing accounts. Authorized personnel and providers may access information when necessary to operate or support the service. Their policies also apply to the services they provide.

Cookies and security

We use necessary cookies for sessions and access protection. We do not add third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Sessions are verified on the server and transactions are retrieved by user identifier. The public service uses HTTPS. Login attempts are rate limited. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Email and password registration does not verify ownership of the email address: enter it correctly and use a unique password.

Retention and your control

Transactions remain until you delete them. In Files and account, you can export your history, delete an import, or delete all transactions and rules, including after your plan expires. These actions do not cancel your subscription or remove your sign-in identity. To request account closure, personal information corrections, or other rights, contact the operator above. Billing, consent, security records, and provider backups may be retained where needed for applicable obligations or resolving issues. When handling your request, we will explain what is removed and any necessary retention.

International processing and age

Providers may process information outside your country. Their safeguards and locations depend on the configured services. This service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Do not enter other people’s information without authorization.

Contact without email

The contact form stores your message and the operator’s reply. It does not require an email address. Save your private request link and return to it to read the reply; no notifications are sent. Anyone with that link can view the request. Do not include passwords, card numbers, or bank statements. Requests are kept to handle your inquiry and any follow-up obligations; you can request removal through the same channel. A request alone does not authorize access to or changes to another account.
